Lower insurance premiums would be a fantastic incentive
#1
Actuarials rule! Drivers with safe-driving records get lower premiums. Activities that reduce risk are part of the formula that determines community association ratings. So insurance companies who offer lower premiums for associations maintaining good ratings stand to attract more clients with lower risk.

I'm convinced we can demonstrate that associations who maintain good ratings have less risk, justifying lower premiums. And as insurance premiums are one of the largest budget line items, directors and members would have great incentive to maintain good ratings. Discounts by insurance companies and others mean lower dues!

What other service providers might be tempted to offer discounts for associations with good ratings?
